What we collect

Contact details you submit via our quote, driver application or contact forms (name, email, phone).
Job details you provide (postcodes, dates, property size, notes).
Driver application details (vehicle, insurance, areas covered, experience).
Limited technical data: IP address and submission timestamps used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract).
To process driver applications and manage our network — Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in operating our business).
To prevent spam and abuse of our forms — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in security).
To send service emails (e.g. quote confirmations, application acknowledgements) — Article 6(1)(b).

Sharing

We share your details only with the operations team and, where relevant to fulfilling a job, the vetted driver assigned to your move. We use the following processors: a cloud database and email infrastructure provider, and an email delivery service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep enquiry and quote records for up to 24 months from your last interaction so we can respond to follow-ups and meet our records obligations. Driver application records are kept while you are part of our network and for 24 months after. Rate-limit logs are retained for a short rolling window only.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email ops@6dayslogisticsgroup.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Marketing emails

We only send service emails (e.g. quote confirmations). Every email includes an unsubscribe link if you no longer wish to hear from us.
